If one should look closely at the exchanges, yo can say they were simply brilliant. The exchange between Carter and Frater is most perfect, when track season comes around again, i will be using that demo as a coaching guide for my relay teams. whom ever is responsible for this site deserves an award. Since the conclusion of the olympics, i have been longing to watch the races again. Checking through the site i realised i had to search no farther. Great job in every aspect of the word. This was long over do on the site. i can be now made aware of all teh sporting action back home, especially where Munro and Hampton is concerned.
